Celebrating my career milestone
Celebrating my career milestone. Feeling thankful for this #workmilestone The last year has been a series of lessons. Like many, it's been a hard time: lockdown, anxiety, tragedies, mum guilt when working full time, work/life blur, and throw in an intense year of completing my Advanced coaching qualifications with the ICF.
Now we are out of the fog, it was a sprint to complete my PCC level in June 2021 and a much needed stay vacation with my family.
Now that the dust has settled and I've received my official results, the experience feels a little anticlimactic. There is no big party or celebration. So I'm sitting here, trying to think and remember what I've learned. What were my "key takeaways?"
While I acquired better listening skills, insightfulness and how to be more in the moment with my clients. What I really took away from this period is:-
Authenticity, Bravery. Compassion. Without the support of my family Tim Tuder London Business Family Patricia Keener Elizabeth Bailey FHEA MCIPD MA Marie Holive Grace Ong and Master Mentor Gillian McMichael MCC. I would not have been able to accomplish what I have in the last year and a half. Thank-you for believing in me and your continued support.
As a result, this post is both an inward reflection and an outward expression of gratitude to everyone who helped me reach this career milestone. Here’s to the journey and my next career chapter.
