MAKING A CAREER TRANSITION
A career transition isn’t always a new company. It could be a sideways or upwards move within your current organisation, a total career change or a pivot to self-employment. Making a change at any level is complex. Executive coaching can help you explore your current options, redesign your career and give you support to work with purpose. We’ll also work on identifying the people, industry and culture that fits you and develop a bespoke career plan that plays to your strengths.

These sessions are designed to support professionals returning to work after periods of long-term illness, redundancy or maternity. They can also be for anyone who has taken a career break.
